Ayub is Chief Executive Officer of Kuinji, a London-based early-stage venture capital firm dedicated to funding overlooked founders and markets. Ayub was previously the Head of Project Management Office at IECC, where he oversaw the organisation's technology development and led investment division, an independent private equity initiative of the firm. Ayub has a strong interest and background in overcoming economic challenges that prevent minority communities from fulfilling their potential. He is a 2021 MBA Graduate with Distinction from the University of Coventry. Ayub is driven by excellence and a regular winner of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Awards Worldwide by James Caan, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Presidents of Tatarstan Russia.
